We have recently gone through a painful transition to a new ERP, reconciliation tool, and reporting tool (all concurrently) and that will help with standardization long-term. Our responsibilities change at the drop of a hat and you're unlikely to receive proper if any training for those. The communication from management is abysmal and from what I'm hearing from coworkers, this is what drives most people away.
